With the Diablo 2: Resurrected remaster announced at BlizzConline 2021 yesterday, many players were afraid that Diablo 2 Classic would suffer a similar fate to that of Warcraft 3, when Warcraft 3: Reforged was released, with the merger of Reforged’s multiplayer with the original game, as well as the removal of several key features like ranked ladders and clans.
